Main Areas of Practice:

PMH provides a diverse range of commercial law services to local and international clients in relation to complex tax structures, international and local financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, structuring foreign direct investment, cross-border financing, IPOs on main and junior markets of the local stock exchange, large and small-scale residential and commercial property development and employment/labour law matters. The firm also undertakes commercial litigation matters requiring specialist skills.

International Work:

The firm is regularly involved in major cross-border transactions including foreign acquisitions, cross-border financing, foreign direct investment, international tax issues and provides support to Jamaican corporations with foreign interests.
