Nuna Law is the leading law firm in Greenland. Our office in Nuuk (the capital of Greenland) was established in 1967. We are a full-service law firm and provide legal advice to Greenlandic and global corporate clients as well as to the public sector in Greenland.

Over the years, Nuna Law has assisted a large number of multinational companies with regard to doing business in Greenland. Among other things, for +20 years we have provided legal advice to companies in the mining industry on the legal framework in Greenland, the mining legislation, and licence terms. Nuna Law is the preferred advisor to a large number of mining companies. Our solid experience and knowledge on the legal framework and contact with the authorities are to the benefit of our clients.

We also provide legal advice on a continuing basis to foreign companies regarding corporate law, financing law, M&A, employment law, resident- and work permits, and general business law.
