The practice group is broadly based, advising a wide corporate and institutional client base which includes a number of public listed companies, multi-national corporations, financial institutions, investment banks and major corporate groups.The primary areas of focus are mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), corporate reorganisations, capital markets (both equity and debt) as well as venture capital / private equity and other investments.

The practice group offers a wide range of corporate legal services including advising on:

•initial public offerings and listing on the exchanges of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”), including the ACE Market, and Labuan International Financial Exchange (LFX)
