We acted for Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad in its listing on Bursa Malaysia, being the first successful listing of a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) on the Malaysian stock exchange. This was followed by completion of its cross-border qualifying acquisition transaction and four (4) follow-up foreign acquisition transactions valued at more than RM150 million, RM90 million, USD50 million and USD200 million respectively.
