About

Provided by Murad Yee Partnership

Established more than 18 years ago following a partnership reorganization of another corporate law firm, our firm’s four (4) focus areas within its corporate and securities practice are (i) mergers and acquisitions (M&A); (ii) corporate restructuring/reorganisations; (iii) capital markets; and (iv) venture capital/private equity.

Murad Yee Partnership’s current partners are Mr YEE Fook Weng and Ms Arfiah Binti Abd Rahman.

Our firm is able to draw upon an extensive “good friends” network of international law firms and other professional advisers within the South-East Asian region as well as other major countries/regions.

A significant proportion of our clients comprise listed companies, government-linked corporations/agencies (GLC), multinational corporations, foreign entities and their respective related corporations.
