Main Areas of Practice: 

Administrative Law:
General administrative legal advice oriented to the preparation of legal opinions, expert witness testimonies, including the representation, negotiation and /or litigation in matters involving State counterparties and State-Owned Entities (“SOE”).The firm advises public sector actors, namely, the Office of the President, Ministries, State agencies and SOEs.

Urban Real Estate:
General legal advice with regards to matters associated with urban planning and permitting in connection with real estate projects.The firm represents the client's interests at the state and municipal levels in matters associated with special protection areas and environmental issues.

Litigation:
Representing private interests in litigation conducted in front of local courts, Courts of Appeal, Supreme Court and arbitration. Most of the firm's counterparties in litigation are government regulators. The firm holds unique experience in class actions initiated by the consumer's bureau and constitutional litigation.
