Mr. Mendoza practiced law with Mendoza, Reyes, Aróstica & Zavala, Abogados Ltda. and Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido & Brunner Abogados Ltda. –now, Philippi, Pietrocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría-. Mr. Mendoza is the Dean of the Law School at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez.
He has taught administrative law at Universidad de Chile, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Católica del Norte, Central, Gabriela Mistral, Finnis Terrae and Universidad de los Andes. Has taught at a graduate level at Universidad de Concepción, Diego Portales, del Desarrollo, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaiso and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has taught post-graduate courses in Chile at Universidad de Concepción, Diego Portales, del Desarrollo, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has given lectures internationally at Universidad Mayor de San Simón (Cochabamba) and UPSA (Santa Cruz) both in Bolivia, Universidad Austral de Buenos Aires –Argentina- and Universidad Panamericana in Mexico.
