Miller Simons O’Sullivan (MSO) was established in 1981 and is one of the larger law firms in the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI). With its affiliated fully licensed trust company, M&S Trust Company Limited it is able to provide a full range of advice to HNW individuals and families, whether based in the TCI or elsewhere. We pride ourselves on building and maintaining long relationships with clients, some of which now span more than one generation. We undertake all aspects of private client work, regularly advising clients with respect to estate planning and incorporating trust structures both to provide for preservation of family wealth through generations, but also to assist in asset protection where appropriate.

We also advise and act for trustees both in relation to non- contentious and contentious matters.
