Company establishment in the TCI and elsewhere, provision of registered office facilities, advising on and assisting with all matters relating to company management, filing of annual returns, preparation of minutes of meetings, directors’/shareholders’ resolutions and general corporate advice.

Banking & Finance:

Acting for banks and private lenders, locally and from outside the TCI, including high value loans relating to substantial commercial properties.

Commercial & Residential Real Estate:

Advising and acting for purchasers and sellers of real estate within the Turks and Caicos Islands, including undeveloped land, condominiums, luxury villas, estates and commercial premises.

Resorts & Hotels:

Assisting in the acquisition of property, funding arrangements and establishment of several of the larger and best known hotels and resorts in the TCI, continuing to advise such hotels and resorts on an ongoing basis and liaising with the Government in respect of such developments.

Inward Investment & Development:

Advising investors in property and residential/hotel/ commercial development projects in the TCI, including dealing with Government agencies with respect to available incentives for potential investors and all other relevant issues associated with such development.
