We are frequently involved in our clients’ innovation projects from the start, so that we are able to deliver holistic services targeted for each stage of development and our clients’ specific needs.

We render sophisticated, financially-flexible and customer-centric trade secret services comprising identifying potential trade secrets, auditing the measures taken to establish and maintain confidentiality, and suggesting improvements to adequately protect trade secrets. In most cases, we prepare protocols, manuals or guides, a policy statement, we draft clauses or entire NDA formats, NNN formats, review employee regulations, industrial processes and suggest procedures to adequately handle confidential information within the organisation and when interacting with third parties on a global basis.
