LITIGATION EXPERTISE

Mann Legal has achieved exceptional outcomes for a wide range of commercial litigation clients. Representing a national healthcare organization, Elizabeth Mann and her team secured a significant settlement in a complex antitrust lawsuit. In another healthcare matter, they resolved a national class action for a modest settlement, protecting the client's reputation and finances.

In a notable trial win, Elizabeth obtained a $50 million jury verdict in a defamation case for an individual client.

Mann Legal also represented Extended Stay America, successfully resolving administrative claims brought by the State of California regarding the company’s hotels. We also handle impactful local matters: currently, the firm is suing a major car dealership for consumer fraud, where a court has permitted punitive damage claims after discovery revealed egregious conduct. Trial is set for July 2025.
