We represented a national non-profit in evaluating its entry into California’s Managed Medi-Cal market.
We guided a Medicare Advantage plan in surrendering its license, coordinating with its regulators and the Attorney General’s Office. We have represented many investors, purchasers, and lenders in structuring healthcare deals with attention to regulatory compliance and strategic execution.
