Projects & Energy:

Makarim & Taira S. has participated in major power projects, including Banten, Cirebon, Tanjung Jati B, Cikarang, Sulut, Sulbagut, Bengkulu power plants, and other geothermal, hydro and renewable projects in Indonesia. It advised foreign investors in connection with the development of smelter of PT Freeport Indonesia, an oil storage and blending facility in Batam, the construction of PT Krakatau Steel’s blast furnace complex in Cilegon. As consultants to the Indonesia Infrastructure Initiative, M&T worked on the implementing regulations for railways, performed a study for developing a toll road toolkit, and assisted with pre-feasibility studies for major water supply projects.
