Loconte&Partners was founded in 1996 by Stefano Loconte, the Managing Partner of the firm. With offices in Milan, Bari, London, New York and Rome, the firm offers a wide range of services which include, art advisory, tax and legal consulting.

Main Areas of Practice

Trust and Wealth management: Loconte&Partners has gained considerable expertise in identifying the most suitable solution to guarantee asset protection, wealth and estate planning, with a special focus on the different risks and threats that can endanger the individual’s asset during his life.

Tax: domestic and international clients are assisted in finding tailor-made solutions on tax aspects related to financial transactions, M&A, transfer pricing problems, optimization of the tax burden of real estate transactions and, in general, in identifying the correct tax planning policies. Loconte&Partners also assists its clients in tax litigation at all proceeding stages and in the pre-litigation phase before the competent offices of the tax Authority.

Corporate & Business contracts: the firm assists clients in the negotiation phase as well as in the execution of highly complex agreements in the context of M&A transactions. Loconte&Partners also assists commercial companies, associations and foundations in drafting deeds of incorporation, articles of association and shareholders’ agreements, management and control organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and stock-options plans.

Banking and Finance: the firm assists banks, investments funds, asset management companies, securities firm and other financial intermediaries, both for the issue of licenses by public authorities and in the organization of their internal structure.

Insolvency proceedings: the firm offers assistance in the field of bankruptcy law in relation to insolvency proceedings as well as debt restructuring agreements and plans both in Italy and abroad. The team deals with the management of issues involving insolvent commercial companies, liquidators, official receivers creditors in disputes between them and companies in crisis.

Criminal law: Loconte&Partners provides an integrated offer of legal assistance, both judicial and extrajudicial, in the field of corporate criminal law, criminal tax law; financial, banking and bankruptcy crimes; environmental, industrial and labor criminal law; crimes against property and against the Public Administration; involuntary criminal liability and criminal protection of personal rights. The firm also offers qualified expertise in drafting and updating of the organization and management models of companies, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

Art advisory: the firm offers assistance to privates and business operators - artists, family offices, foundations, gallerists, banks, cultural institutions, fiduciaries and trusts - in the management and planning of artistic estate providing highly qualified and personalized services.
