Network Overview:
LNI, a non-exclusive network of leading law firms in over 50 countries and covering more than 60 jurisdictions, results from the merger of two long established networks, Legal Network International and OASIS (LNI for 23 years and OASIS for 37 years). LNI, founded in 1991, had members in over 36 countries (most of Europe, the US, Central and South America, Russia and the Far East). OASIS (The Organisation of Advocates Specialising in International Services) was formed in 1975 and before the merger it had 23 members covering 28 jurisdictions, almost all in Europe. LNI’s ethos of ‘Quality, Priority and Personal Contacts’ creates a high level of trust amongst its members that, in turn, allows clients to benefit from a one-stop international legal service, guaranteeing excellence wherever in the world the client, or their business, is based.

Main Areas of Practice:
LNI member firms are full service, medium-sized and internationally focused law firms that provide services such as corporate, international business transactions, foreign investments, M&A, company and commercial, anti-trust, dispute resolution, banking and finance, real estate, tax, negotiating with government agencies, counselling on environmental issues; intellectual property, media and entertainment and many other legal services.
