FIRM OVERVIEW:
Founded in 2009, LCF Law Group has since grown into a distinguished market player in Ukraine, with an established track record of providing comprehensive legal advice to both local and international household name clients.
LCF has always maintained a forward-looking mindset via the regular expansion of its offering, aimed at complementing the firm’s flagship litigation practice and established expertise in other specialised areas, such as banking and finance, restructuring and insolvency, arbitration law and corporate law.
Furthermore, in March 2020, LCF significantly expanded its operations by adding six new practices — including tax law, M&A, antitrust and competition law, intellectual property law, energy & natural resources, as well as criminal law and cross-border litigation — which has served to both strengthen existing practice areas and introduce new ones to the firm’s offering.
The group currently consists of over 50 lawyers, who are ready to provide extensive cross-border and cross-practice advice to its clients, be they global companies or private individuals.
Main Areasof Practice:

The firm has an extensive track record with positive outcomes in representing clients before Ukrainian Courts, including the Supreme Court. Therefore, the recommendations are always based on significant practical experience, as well as on an in-depth knowledge of the Ukrainian legislation and court practices. This first-hand insight allows LCF to proactively advise clients on any potential issues and risks before they arise, thus preventing contentious and problematic situations in the future.
LCF is also an exceptional partner when it comes to protecting clients’ interests in complex, multidisciplinary, high-value, high-risk or seemingly hopeless judicial and arbitration disputes.
Banking & Finance:
The team is highly proficient at advising on banking and finance law, capital markets and securities and related regulatory mandates. Furthermore, the lawyers offer remarkable expertise in banking & finance disputes.
Bankruptcy & Insolvency:

Corporate/M&A:
The Corporate/M&A team provides superior experience in advising on M&A transactions and related financing matters, corporate governance and structuring, as well as regulatory advice.
Energy & Natural Resources:
The team’s lawyers know the regulatory landscape inside out and are often sought as counsel for renewable energy projects, from financing to related construction and operation mandates.
