The department has particular strength in Dispute Resolution, with two Family Mediation Council–accredited mediators, collaborative lawyers, and membership across key organisations including Resolution and the FMC. The team also advises on pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation matters, and cases involving sensitive child arrangements, often requiring fact-finding hearings or relocation advice.

Property Law
