They have extensive experience pleading before arbitral tribunals and also act as judges in arbitration tribunals. Lassen Ricard covers a large variety of areas, and it has a broad basis of expertise, from corporate mergers and acquisitions, energy law, finance law, and participating in the government investigation into the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority to organising cable TV retransmission in the Nordic region and assisting the Danish prime minister with a commission inquiry. The firm is a Scandinavian leader in intellectual property and media law. The firm has specialised expertise in mergers and acquisitions and in competition law. The firm is also involved in numerous entrepreneurial initiatives. Lassen Ricard takes part in court and arbitration proceedings regularly, either as counsel to one of the parties or as arbitrators.
