RECRUITMENT AND PROMOTIONS Transactional lawyer Andrea Fazekas has joined the firm as an assistant solicitor from Pinsent Masons where she completed her training contract. The transactional team has also been bolstered by the arrival of two senior lawyers. Tim Richards has joined Land Law as an associate partner, having previously worked at Addleshaw Goddard LLP where he was a managing associate specialising in institutional investment work. Louise Belderbos has also joined the firm as an associate partner having previously worked for 11 years as part of the in-house team at the Emerson Group. Louise specialises in residential development work. Nicola Jackson has joined the partnership having impressed both clients and colleagues with a stellar performance since her arrival from Myersons. Litigation heavyweight Steven Jennings is now heading the Land Law litigation team.
