Competition/Antitrust, Including Public Procurement:
Kluge’s practice in the area of competition law has a strong focus on public procurement and restrictions on state aid. 25 lawyers at Kluge deal with public procurement and related issues, either exclusively or in connection with their general portfolio.

Corporate & M&A:
Whereas the corporate/M&A team probably is best known for its assistance in M&A transactions related to the oil and gas industry, it also assists in large transactions in several other industries. In the transaction assignments the clients include E&P companies, oilfield service companies, PE funds, corporate finance brokers, listed and unlisted companies and foreign clients. In these assignments the firm frequently collaborates with foreign law firms, inter alia UK and US law firms based in Houston and Aberdeen.

Kluge is particularly dominant in dispute resolution within construction matters, especially within the public transportation sector. Kluge’s real estate and construction law practice is one of the largest in Norway (50 lawyers), and it is considered to be one of the most experienced and leading practices in Norway. Kluge acts as advisor and negotiator for developers, architects, engineering and construction firms as well as financial institutions and investors in the real property sector.
