General business law/dispute resolution, in particular within Real estate, Construction and Building law.
Works primarily with property and construction and contract law. Assists a number of Norway's largest construction clients, property developers and property owners on an ongoing basis – both in the private and public sectors – several of Norway’s largest consulting engineering firms and several of Norway’s largest contractors.
Broad expertise in procurement law. Nyland also has substantial litigation expertise and is qualified to appear before the Supreme Court.
