Energy & Infrastructure:
The firm is recognised for its strength in the energy & infrastructure sector, which includes matters and transactions related to water, solar, wind and other related projects. In particular, the firm is viewed as the leading expert in renewable energy in Jordan and the West Bank. Currently, the firm is advising a number of consortiums who are implementing solar PV and wind power projects in Jordan. The firm is regularly appointed to advise on various IPPs (conventional energy and renewable energy) and currently represents power generators as well as power distributors in both Jordan and Iraq. In regards to infrastructure, the firm has significant experience in water-related projects, which include matters related to desalination and waste water treatment, such as in the development and financing of the As-Samra Waste Water Treatment Plant.
