Huang & Huang was established in 2001, expanding from the First Business Department of Guangdong Maritime Law Firm, one of the three major law firms directly under Guangdong’s Department of Justice. The firm is among China’s earliest legal practices dedicated to the fields of shipping, insurance, international trade, aviation, logistics, and construction.
