HRSA’s Dispute Resolution team has been working together for more than two decades in highly complex strategic litigation. Our practice is renowned in the market both for its practice in judicial and administrative dispute resolution, at the federal, state, and municipal levels. In addition, we offer strategic, effective, and safe solutions in the structuring and regulation of Private Pension Funds, collective bargaining, union classification and inspection, and regulation and self-regulation of economic and professional activities and class entities.
