The tax litigation department draws attention from the market and from new and current clients of the firm, especially in judicially challenging recent changes in tax law.

The team is frequently sought after to advise clients in Federal, State and Municipal Tax Inspections, prior to the effective charge of tax through Tax Assessments. The team’s expertise handling complex administrative defenses provides excellent results for the clients during tax inspections, either to avoid or

reduce the amount of a Tax Assessment or maximize the chances of success of challenging the Tax Assessment in an administrative or judicial procedure.
