Private Wealth

HRSA has a specialized team with wide experience in Private Wealth, focused on tailored services to each client’s needs. The team acts in counseling and defending consensual matters and in litigious disputes related to marriage, stable union, divorce, inventories, interdiction, and other related issues. Working alongside the tax, real estate, and corporate departments, the firm has a strong presence and experience in advisory services of a multidisciplinary nature, notably in organizing and structuring family estate and probate planning, both nationally and internationally.

Real Estate

The firm has consolidated experience in typical real estate transactions and in structuring complex and innovative operations involving both urban and rural properties. Our work is recognized in different segments, including audits, risk analysis related to real estate assets and guarantees, studies of urban planning aspects for purposes of real estate lawfulness, and the structuring of highly diverse businesses. Moreover, we assist with negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts.
