Established in 1993 by the late Daisy G. Zambrano and Lily K. Gruba, the firm began as the legal department of a commercial bank and quickly expanded into litigation and labor law. In 1998, Lily Gruba served as Undersecretary for the Department of Finance, further enhancing the firm's tax and corporate practice.
