■ Represented general contractor in connection with the construction of two projects in Austin, Texas. The developer-owner and the general contractor had disputes regarding delays in construction resulting in claims in excess of $8m
■ Represented a general contractor on a $100+m public education project with respect to multiple disputes involving the owner and subcontractors
■ Represented owner-developer in multiple high-profile, mixed used developments in Dallas, Texas, drafting and negotiating all construction documentation, including all design, engineering and general contractor agreements
■ Represented owner-developer in dispute with contractor involving six separate office condominium projects with extensive damage claims involved
■ Represented owner-developer in multiple multi-family, condominium and mixed-use developments, including historical preservation and complex land use and construction issues
■ Represented a large general contractor on a commercial project in Houston, with disputes related to delays in construction and defective work claims exceeding $6m
■ Represented owner of a food manufacturing facility in Dallas. The owner asserted claims against the design build contractor, with damages and claims exceeding $6m
