Green Horse Advisory is a multidisciplinary consulting boutique exclusively dedicated to the energy transition sectors, with a particular focus on renewable energies and sustainable infrastructures. Green Horse Legal Advisory assists clients in legal matters, Green Horse Financial Advisory provides financial consultancy, and Green Horse Engineering handles project engineering.

As of today, Green Horse Advisory has three offices (Milan, Rome, and Arezzo), more than 50 professionals with consolidated experience and high specialization in the energy sector, and is constantly expanding. We are the first Italian consultancy firm capable of providing multidisciplinary support encompassing legal, financial, and project engineering areas in a vertically integrated manner, with a focus on the energy transition sector. Thanks to this organization and specialization, we can assist clients in all phases of the project, from development to operation structuring, sales, and financing.

Green Horse Legal Advisory, founded in October 2022 as a spin-off of Orrick's Italian Energy team, an international law firm headquartered in San Francisco, has a team of over 30 professionals focused on the renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure markets. Our team has cross-cutting expertise in all areas of the markets in which we operate, including regulatory assistance, project development, M&A, project finance, structured finance, project contracts, and litigation.

Our law firm provides assistance to major infrastructure funds and private equity firms, developers and IPPs (Independent Power Producers), as well as banks and other capital providers, with a multidisciplinary approach. Our professionals have provided consultancy for projects in Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, Romania, Denmark, Greece, Bulgaria, Ghana, Namibia, Japan, and South America.

Green Horse Financial offers strategic and financial consulting services to institutional, corporate, and private investors in the energy transition and circular economy sectors.

Green Horse Engineering provides consultancy to utilities, investment funds, and private investors with respect to project development, covering the entire process from development to the ready-to-build phase.

All our teams have consolidated experience in all renewable technologies with a particular focus on solar, wind, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), geothermal, and renewable gassed (including biogas, biomethane and green hydrogen).
