About
GP Partners is an independent Polish law firm based in Warsaw specialising in disputes, technology, transactions, procurement, corporate law, and regulatory matters. Established in 2017 by Maciej Gawroński, a former managing partner at Bird & Bird, the firm has grown to encompass a team of 19 lawyers in 2025.

Pro bono. While mostly working for corporations, GP Partners are also known for advocating for free speech, individual sovereignty and privacy, occasionally accepting precedent cases in the area of intersection of technology and law, including a case against a social media platform for deplatforming a political party, a case against an AI LLM service provider for violation of the GDPR right to rectification and a case against Warsaw Municipality for treating car registration numbers as non-personal data.
