Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP (Fragomen) is the largest US firm and the only Am Law 100 firm practicing exclusively in the area of immigration law. Fragomen provides immigration services to the full spectrum of clientele — from individuals and small start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations, universities and other organizations. Fragomen has more than 4,000 employees worldwide, including more than 2,000 employees located in 17 offices throughout the United States.
The firm provides support for immigration applications, compliance with local requirements, policy and program design, and program management. Because Fragomen focuses all of its resources on immigration, the firm also offers guidance and proprietary technologies to support niche areas of immigration such as government strategies; immigration policy development; regulatory compliance, including I-9, E-Verify and H-1B LCA compliance; immigration implications of corporate restructuring activities; audit services; consular and document requirements; and business visitor visas. For example, Fragomen has a dedicated team of government strategies professionals, including litigators, former senior government officials, white-collar lawyers and compliance professionals. Their experience and professional prominence give them access to key decision-makers and unmatched insight into the changes that regularly occur in US immigration policy.
Other resources include the firm’s dedicated process advisory group, its knowledge management organization and data analytics IT group who collaborate to provide best practices and strategies related to specific types of applications, program level strategies and work flows with clients and other providers. In addition, Fragomen’s immigration technology innovation lab is pioneering sophisticated technology solutions to revolutionize the immigration experience for its clients.
