Its legacy areas of practice include real estate transactional work, trusts and estate planning, general/commercial litigation – Bombay High Court, Supreme Court of India and other Tribunals and foras like NCLT, RERA, alternate dispute resolution – arbitration and mediation, advisory related to white collar crimes investigation, intellectual property, HNI clients, family offices, charitable trusts, waqf and testamentary law. The firm follows the “one firm” concept and is led by senior solicitor and notary M.S. Federal, a statesman in the field of real estate law along with two other solicitor partners, Murtuza Federal and Mubashir Sayed, and their team of about 15 advocates, solicitors and articled clerks.
