Gross Brown remains a leader in capital markets and Reg S S/R144 securities transactions in Paraguay, as it has advised in all five of the sovereign based US Dollar denominated fixed rate securities issuances under NY law (Reg S and Rule 144) between 2013 and 2017. The firm has represented Citibank N.A. and BofA in the first issuance; BofA and JP Morgan the second and third issuance; BofA and Itaú BBA in the fourth issuance; and Citibank N.A. in the last and fifth issuance, totaling securities issuance for an amount of USD 2,880,000,000.
