Endoxa’s clientele includes iGravity, Ballim Investment AG, Numida Technology Inc, DMRX Inc, CRDB Bank PLC, Stanbic Bank Tanzania, Afriprise Investment PLC and iTrust Finance Limited. Recent mandates include acting as Tanzanian counsel to DMRX Inc., and Dawa Mkononi on their recent cross border funding round involving investors from Europe, the United States, Mauritius and Tanzania. The firm has also acted as lead counsel on multiple significant debt and equity capital markets transactions, including the CRDB Bank PLC Al-Barakah Sukuk issuance, DCB Commercial Bank PLC rights issue and the Afriprise Investment PLC rights issue, the latter being the first public listed rights issue completed in Tanzania since 2016.

IPOs, exchange-traded funds and structured products. The practice is headed by Doxa Mbapila and benefits from her extensive senior in-house experience leading legal and company secretariat functions at financial institutions, including Citibank Tanzania and Stanbic Bank Tanzania.
