Since its inception, Eminent Crisis Management Group (comprised of Eminent Security and Eminent Investigations) has grown into a global risk management company providing full spectrum advisory services to the legal sector, governments, industry and private clients worldwide. With experience delivering successful tasks in complex and challenging environments, the company has the professional knowledge, understanding and experience to provide fully integrated services that meet all requirements and are delivered to the highest of standards. The senior management team consists of former members of UK Law Enforcement and Special Forces Personnel. Main Areas of Practice

  1. International Investigations: Practice lead's are Mark Biggs and Jazz Khatkar. Covering a wide variety of practice areas to include Fraud, Corruption, Extortion, Racketeering, Whistle Blowing and Employee Dishonesty. The entire senior management team all contribute to this area of business and are supported by an extensive network of tried and tested operatives. The company were instructed during the global bribery investigation involving the Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation (ENRC). Also, recently assisted global brands with internal investigations into fraud, employee dishonesty, breaches of covenants and brand protection.
  2. Intelligence, Due Diligence and Profiling: Practice leads are Mark Biggs, supported by Jazz Khatkar and Ingrid Shipton. Recognised for their global reach and access to reliable 'in country' resources, Eminent have completed intelligence gathering enquiries in a wide variety of jurisdictions. A particular strength in high risk or more challenging jurisdictions where human intelligence (HUMINT) is required as desktop reporting is either minimal or inaccurate. The services provided support all areas of the corporate world including mergers and acquisitions, pre-transactional enquiries, pre-litigation enquiries for litigation funders. Recent notable investigations have included a lengthy undercover deployment and infiltration exercise for a large corporate organisation, where HUMINT was crucial to the successful outcome of the tasking.
  3. Asset Tracing: Practice lead is Mark Biggs. Regularly instructed by leading law firms and insolvency practitioners to support both pre and post litigation stages, together with insolvency and administration proceedings. Enquiries have been completed into high-net worth individuals, large and small corporate structures to establish the location of their assets to assist in any judgement enforcement or investigation. Investigation processes including 'reverse engineering' are commonly used to pierce any corporate veil of secrecy.
  4. Surveillance: Practice leads are Mark Biggs and Peter O'Malley. Both have extensive experience in this area and are formally trained in a host of tactics. Championing 'Best Practice' methodology in this area, Eminent regularly provide both mobile and static surveillance teams. Retained by a leading London Law Practice and large overseas finance business to provide multiple mobile surveillance teams over several weeks leading to successful operations.
  5. Security and Advisory: Practice lead is Peter O'Malley. Including all aspects of risk/journey management, security advisory and training. Retained by the UK Government to provide bespoke training services. Also recent successful launch of certified interview training product delivered to FRP Advisory and Grant Thornton.
