■ Substantively consolidated two bankruptcy debtors resulting in dismissal of adversary claims against contractors totaling $330 million.

Employment Law:
■ Successfully resolved litigation in federal court involving False Claims Act allegations.
■ Over the course of 16 years, achieved findings of no probable cause in approximately 90 to 95% of cases at the administrative level (Idaho Human Rights Commission and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission).
