Edwin Coe’s tax team is a dedicated and market-leading team of tax specialists with many years of experience advising clients both in the UK and overseas. The Tax team specialise in a number of core areas:

Tax Advisory Services – working with high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and their advisors to ensure that their UK taxes are structured effectively, compliantly and with flexibility to meet changing needs.

Tax Dispute Resolution – advising taxpayers who are either under investigation by HMRC or those who may wish to make a voluntary disclosure in relation to historic tax liabilities. In addition the team is working with offshore trustees to ensure their clients are compliant for Requirement to Correct purposes.

Tax Compliance – the team assist in the completion of tax returns and also manage the registration of clients who have never interacted with HMRC.
