EDN also advises institutional investors, notably Chilean pension funds, on direct investments in foreign alternative asset funds, preparing legal opinions, negotiating bespoke side-letters and ensuring compliance with Chilean regulatory frameworks.

Additionally, the firm advises domestic and international clients on corporate transactions and capital markets work, with demonstrable experience in local and cross-border M&A and fund-related restructurings.
