  • The sellers on the sale of Fancy Foods SAE to Edita Food Industries SAE, with the transaction being valued at EGP 380 million.
  • Legal counsel for several venture capital debt facilities for Beltone Venture Capital S.A.E; aleadingfinancial services provider with a multi-decade track record of success in the MENA region.
  • Legal advisor of Amel for Financial Services company’s restructuring,increase of its authorized and issued share capital, as well asits acquisition by thegroup’s holding company.

  • Arab African International Bank in granting Sky Investments a MTL amounting to EGP 1.3 billion to partially finance the investment cost of Park Street Complex.

  • The firm advised Vodacom Group South Africa in the acquistion of 55% stake in Vodafone Egypt valued at Euro 2.5 billion.
