■ Represents TRASTA Energy Limited (UAE) and the LERCO joint venture of which it is a co-owner in two ICC arbitrations against Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC), the State party to the joint venture, for breach of the agreements governing that venture, which relates to the operation of Libya’s highest capacity oil refinery. Represents TRASTA in an associated OIC Treaty arbitration against Libya. The three arbitrations involve claims of some USD 3 billion.
