Lawyer from the Universidad de Los Andes, with minor in business administration and management. He also has a MBA from Instituto de Empresa (Spain), where he had in-depth exposure to the business world. He complemented his studies with domestic and international tax law programs at the Universidad Javeriana (Colombia) and the University of Leiden (The Netherlands), as well as with corporate finance courses at the ESCP Business School (United Kingdom). Thanks to his training, he has ample experience in the management of both legal and business issues. On top of this, he has a profound knowledge of the design and implementation of family protocols and corporate government structures for family business enterprises. He is the coauthor of the book "Tax Law Schemes " published by Tirant Lo Blanch.

Lawyer from the Universidad de los Andes with a Specialization in Tax Law from the same University. She has international tax law studies from the Colombian Tax Law Institute - ICDT and St. Gallen University, Switzerland.Her area of expertise refers to tax planning, structuring of domestic and international transactions, interpretation of treaties to avoid double taxation, development of law projects and tax - impact financial models. She is the coauthor of the book "Tax Law Schemes " published by Tirant lo Blanch. Also, she has been a lecturer at the Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) on domestic and international tax subjects.
