Catalina Márquez Jaramillo is the cofounder of De Guzmán Márquez Abogados and the Head of the Tax Law and Tax Litigation Practices. She advises clients on tax planning and structuring on a Colombian and international level, corporate reorganizations, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and transfer-pricing.
