Managing Partner:

Rafael Bicca Machado heads the corporate department and is responsible for the legal and strategic conduction of Mergers and Aqcuisitions, well as other commercial transactions, including the reorganization of companies and renegotiation of debts. He also has ample experience in complex corporate disputes (arbitration and litigation), especially in conflicts involving corporate operations.

Cristiano Rosa de Carvalho has been practising since 1993 in tax advisory and litigation, providing assistance to clients in various sectors. He has acted in the tax planning and in the administrative and judicial representation of Brazilian and foreign companies in the areas of energy, tourism, agribusiness, telecommunications, entertainment, construction, food and drugs, among others. Currently, his projects are focused in the area of international and domestic tax planning, negotiation of tax incentives for the implementation of industrial plants, reimbursement of tax credits in major industries and taxation in infrastructure projects.

Tiago Faganello has extensive experience in the field of corporate civil litigation, with relevant performance in strategic and complex issues involving civil, commercial, consumer, administrative and insurance law. Represents clients in national and international arbitrations on issues related to the acquisition of companies, corporate conflicts, infrastructure, commercial representation, construction contracts, among others. It focuses on overcoming traditional legal assistance, offering innovative legal solutions and focusing on clients’ needs. Respect for the client’s culture and business, coupled with excellence in the execution of work, allow a joint and aggregating performance, with a focus on results. Adding professional experience to studies in the academic area, he is a professor in postgraduate courses.
