The firm handles administrative procedures including visa applications, residency registration, healthcare access, and real estate arrangements, ensuring full compliance with Italian immigration, tax, and financial reporting obligations.

• Family Business & Corporate Structuring

The firm supports family businesses and entrepreneurs in the implementation of long-term family governance solutions. Services include advising on stock option and carried interest schemes, the sale or transfer of controlling interests, and complex corporate restructurings involving both domestic and international entities
