Paris is a vital energy hub in Europe, and our Paris office plays a central role in helping address the evolving needs of Bracewell’s energy clients worldwide.

The Paris office focuses exclusively on project development and finance within the energy sector, with a particular focus on renewable energy, infrastructure and energy transition projects across France and Francophone Africa. We are one of the oldest and largest energy and infrastructure teams in France and French-speaking Africa, with lawyers and business professionals with over two decades of shared experience.

Our clients range from lenders, sponsors and developers, to institutional investors, contractors, operations and government entities.

Our sector-focused approach allows us to anticipate market developments and leverage our industry knowledge and experience in helping clients navigate intricate transactional and financing issues and ensuring adherence to strict deadlines and compliance with government and regulatory standards.

The Paris team practices both French and English law. We also have experience with the laws of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA).
