With more than 80 years’ of experience between us working with global firms, we decided that the biggest is not always the best and with this Bait Al Qanoon was established as a civil advocacy firm in Oman. Our clients range from multinationals who are looking for local expertise, to some of the best-known corporates in Oman, both public and private companies.. We don’t pretend to be experts in everything. We do, however, strive to be the best in our specialist areas. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of Oman law and practice, however, our lawyers have had experience working and living in the UK, US, UAE (Abu Dhabi and Dubai) and Turkey and we are also qualified to advise on the laws of England and Wales.

Our lawyers have had experience working and living in the UK, US, UAE and Turkey and we are also qualified to advise on the laws of England and Wales. We work in Arabic and English and, in addition to our international and multinational clients, some of our recent experience includes corporate disposals in India, a significant private equity transaction in Turkey, dealing with numerous legal issues relating to the Cricket T20 World Cup in Oman and working with specialist barristers in the UK to develop Oman’s Maritime, Modern Slavery and Labour Laws.
