AMADAGANA & PARTNERS (A&P) is a Cameroon-based full-service law firm, founded by Lynda Amadagana with a secondary office in Paris (France) and a presence in Kinshasa (DRC).

The Firm has two partners: Lynda Amadagana, lawyer at the Paris and Cameroon Bars withsignificant experience in international law firm and in house experience in Cameroon; and Dr Charly Kwahou, lawyer at the Bobigny and Cameroon Bars, with recognized expertise in litigation.

■Legal advice to a sponsor in the legal structuring of the development projects of two hydroelectric power plants of 60 MW capacity in Dibombe, Cameroon.

General due diligence on the electricity sector in Cameroon, drafting of documents and discussions with the Ministry of Energy and the regulator, ARSEL.
