Banking & Finance:
■Local correspondent to a major international law firm, acting as legal advisor to an international bank, involving preparing the corporate authorities of the S.A.M. in connection with a US$ 23,500,000 syndicated term loan facility agreement, reviewing the facility agreement under the laws of Monaco and amending such, and issuing a legal opinion confirming the authority of the S.A.M. to execute the facility agreement
■Advice in connection with the financing of a major acquisition in the telecom industry
■Local correspondent to a major international law firm on a 100,000,000 € Multi Option Credit Facility Agreement and ancillary securities
■Representation of several clients who successfully incorporated brokerage and investment advice services firms under Law n°1.338 on financial activities
