The M&A group is headed by Eli Albrecht, formerly of Gibson Dunn and DLA Piper. Albrecht Law's M&A group is focused on sharp, creative, and deal-oriented counsel. The M&A group's goal is to get the best deal for our client, protecting from legal risks, while not over-lawyering a transaction. Our deal size ranges from small deals to middle market deals and everything in between.

The Transactional Tax group is headed by Joshua Siegel, trained in some of the nations top M&A tax groups. We work side-by-side with our M&A colleagues to ensure comprehensive tax representation throughout your transaction process. We have a particular focus, with both buy-side and sell-side clients, on creating tax efficient transaction structures. Furthermore, we assist our clients with tax due diligence, we are market experts in Section 1202 ("QSBS") analysis, and we provide representation in many other areas of transaction tax.

The Litigation Group is headed by Travis Ritter. He handles a wide-rage of litigation and pre-dispute matters for companies and individuals across the country.Travis worked for two of the leading commercial and trial law firms, clerked for federal appellate and district court judges, and founded a PE firm ($100MM+ AUM). Travis honed his skills litigating high-stakes cases, including representing America’s largest companies in business disputes, law firms in bet-the-firm malpractice cases, individuals in partnership disputes, a cigarette company at trials, a gun manufacturer in defect cases, as well as individuals and businesses in various non-compete and employment matters.
