In the past year, our litigation team has achieved a string of successes in the Commercial Courts; General Courts (primarily in respect of real estate disputes); Administrative Courts; and tax disputes overturning income tax and VAT assessments running into billions of SAR.

We have also launched, in 2023, a new risk-management option for our dispute-resolution practice, in which we extend our institutional capacity to the preparation and implementation of the litigation strategy to justified claims at no charge to our clients for the entire duration of the case, from the initial merits assessment all the way to enforcement and asset recovery. Additionally, we cover the cost of Commercial Court fees, expert fees and other relevant disbursements. Our primary objective is to achieve a successful final resolution for our client, whether by final judgment or settlement, with our incentive directly linked to our clients successfully receiving the claimed amount.
