Our Projects – Energy & Infrastructure team members have the necessary local legal expertise, contacts and experience to handle all issues that may arise during the life cycle of large-scale projects, including their development, financing, construction and operation as well as acquisitions, disposals and litigation if needed.

Our Reach

As the only law firm to have an energy practice dedicated to the CEE and SEE region, we are well placed to keep up with this complex and fast changing market. Many of our cases have broken new ground in their respective fields. We are currently involved in a wide range of domestic and international work, covering everything from the development, construction and financing of all types of energy projects to securing regulatory approvals, as well as resolving national and international disputes.
