We are known for assisting local, regional and multinational clients with corporate restructuring, privatisation and M&A mandates. Our advantage is a depth of local market knowledge and innovative approach. We are a diverse team dealing with some of the largest local and cross-border M&A deals.

We are established privatisation experts, advising the government and private entities. We are involved in the planning, bidding and implementation stage, and, if needed, the litigation phase.

Combining our traditional strengths in the banking and finance and M&A practices, we are a true leader in financial services M&A transactions. We advised
: Munich RE Group on the sale of entities in several jurisdictions; private equity funds Advent International and Bain Capital Private Equity on intragroup transfer of shares in Mercury Processing Services International. We continue to advise potential bidders interested in purchase of ex Agrokor's (now Fortenova Grupa) non-core business and have represented many international clients in acquisitions of local targets.

We frequently co-operate with our other offices and international firms to offer cross-border advice for clients.
For example, we were engaged by an international law firm as a local counsel in several jurisdictions to advise Liqui-Box, a portfolio company of Olympus Partners, on the acquisition of DS Smith plc's Plastics Division that employs over 2,000 people across 26 facilities in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
