About

Provided by Winston & Strawn LLP

Winston launched the Miami office in May 2022. Serving as a hub for collaboration across the firm, our Miami litigation team is representing clients in some of the global economy’s most evolving sectors and regions, including financial services, consumer products, tech platforms, manufacturing, aerospace, cryptocurrency and blockchain, real estate, energy and infrastructure, and Latin America and Spain. While our office is new and our roster is quickly growing, Winston’s presence in Florida courts is not new. Winston handled 53 cases in Florida in the past five years prior to our office opening.

As a truly global firm representing a diverse set of clients with varied needs, Winston understands that general commercial litigation is only one link in the bigger chain of running a successful business. We pride ourselves on the ability to offer wraparound litigation services to clients, including securities litigation; international and domestic arbitration; international trade; product liability; professional liability; and white collar, regulatory defense, and investigations.

The office also reflects Winston’s heritage as a litigation powerhouse. Litigation in the Southern District of Florida has increased over the past several years, driven by a significant uptick in general commercial litigation, class actions, and product liability matters. Winston’s Miami litigators are well-positioned to address this trend and to deliver favorable results for our clients.
